Office update regarding COVID-19
Our top priority is the safety of our staff, clients and the community as a whole. As a result, we are making some changes to how we operate during the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. This is effective from 23rd March 2020 until further notice.
Property Viewings
We have ceased all property viewings to protect vendors, buyers and our staff. You may still view properties online and make offers over email or phone.
Property Valuations
We will not be conducting in-person property valuations for the foreseeable future. We can, however, still conduct desktop valuations to give you an idea on how much your property is worth. We do this by looking at current market trends and at other house prices in the area.
We can also view your property over a video calling system such as Skype if you require a more accurate price at this time.
Property Offers
We are still accepting offers on properties. You can make an offer by calling our office on 0115 990 2007 or emailing info@benwelldaykin.co.uk.
Landlord Services
We are still conducting all usual Landlord services, with the exception of quarterly inspections.
